Join me for a fall themed family yoga class outside in the pasture where we will play and relax through breath, yoga poses, games, meditation, and relaxation. You will walk away with ways to practice together at home. Classes are suitable for ages 5+ and is physical in nature. We will be socially distanced.

Time: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Cost: $30 for the first 2 family members, $5 each additional

Location: Private residence in St. Charles - west of Randall Rd. off Route 64 (location sent upon registration)
